Event Highlights:
This year’s AiA event included 3 jam-packed days, brimming with customer presentations, product / software trainings, and much more.
Presentations were split into four concurrent tracks, including:
- Water Resources – flow and discharge measurement in rivers and streams
- Marine Measurements – current profiling and waves measurement in the ocean environment
- Navigation – underwater Doppler navigation and diver applications
- An extra track to accommodate our overflow of fabulous presentations!
In addition to these sessions, other event highlights included:
- A Sunday filled with social events, including an AiA Golf Tournament, the Miramar Air Show, a wine tour of Temecula, a Flotation Technologies Ice Breaker, a Sunday night football game -- and for the more daring in the crew -- surfing lessons and burritos!
- 12 poster paper presenters
- The official launch and a field demonstration of our new RiverRay ADCP
- The introduction of our new Citadel line of CTDs
- One-on-one meetings with our field service team.
- One-on-one meetings with our sales, marketing, engineering and management staff. 64 Teledyne RDI employees cycled through this event over the 3-day period speaking with customers and listening to their needs.
- An "Around the World" exhibitors' cocktail hour to allow attendees to meet with our 17 event co-sponsors.
- Our now famous Casino Dinner event
- Tours of our very impressive (if we do say so ourselves) Poway facility.
- A tour of the Hubb-Sea World Research Center
